EMPLOYMENT AT HELPING HANDS ALLCARE

THE TEAM
Helping Hands Allcare is a company which has built an excellent reputation and is committed to maintaining a high quality service. Reliable carers for evenings and weekends are particularly required for the Hayling Island Area.

We believe our Carers should never feel isolated but they should feel very much part of a family team. All of our Carers are well supported by our fully trained Management Team and Office Staff, some of whom are also fully trained and qualified carers.

Any member of our staff is always welcome to drop in at the office to discuss and share any problems or concerns they may have or purely just for a cup of tea and a chat.

We offer full training facilities in all aspects of Care Management and have a dedicated training room in our satellite office away from the general noise of telephones and the everyday business of the agency. Also we like to sponsor our employees and assist them in gaining NVQ's. Not only do we feel this gives the carers more confidence, but also the clients feel reassured to know they are being looked after by someone who has received professional training.

All carers are subject to both CRB and POVA checks.

We offer excellent rates of pay
